Requests for exception
Students in exceptional academic situations may submit a request for an individual adjustment to the academic requirements (request for exception).
Gather information well in advance about the request for exemption you intend to submit, the documents required and the pertaining deadlines and legal bases.
It normally takes two to four weeks to process a request. The result is communicated in writing. ETH students receive an email sent to their official ETH email address.
Requests which were submitted late are not considered.
