Release of new ETH Standard template on wide page layout

• All content components are now available on the wide page template. Some have new designs and functionality. See the manual component pages for further information.
• Existing Universal content pages will be unaffected by the release. However, it is recommended that authors gradually switch their Universal content pages to wide pages. This can be done easily with a Page Layout button in the Advanced tab of the page properties.
• Switching from a Universal content page to a wide page should have no impact on the page content, but will allow for the new design options for components, as well as new future components to be used on the page.
