The HIF building on the H?nggerberg campus has been renovated and extended for the Department of Civil, Environmental and Geomatic Engineering (D-BAUG). Starting today, a new appraisal interview format called "Dialog" will be rolled out at ETH Zurich. Dialog provides a platform for supervisors and employees to discuss tasks, objectives, collaboration and personal development at least once per year. The new format focuses on mutual feedback, sharing expectations, and appreciation.
