Dimensions Analytics: comprehensive view of publications
With Dimensions Analytics, the ETH Library provides members of ETH Zurich with an interdisciplinary database that allows for a comprehensive view of scientific publications.
You can now use the full version of external pageDimensions Analytics for your scientific research. As a member of ETH Zurich, you can thus use one of the largest multidisciplinary databases for scientific publications and citations. Dimensions Analytics also lets you see which patents, research grants, policy documents or clinical studies the publications are linked to.
Know where and how to search
Dimensions Analytics gives you a comprehensive view of continuously updated information relating to scientific publications. You can perform searches for six different types of data:
- Publications
- Data sets
- Research grants
- Patents
- Clinical trials
- Policy documents
Analyse linked data
Using Dimensions Analytics, the search results can be analysed on several levels, for example, with respect to research topics, research grants, participating researchers or research organisations. You can also transfer the search results directly to the Altmetric Explorer to find out in which social media channels (Twitter, blogs, news, etc.) the publications were mentioned.
Customise and select
The full version of Dimensions Analytics can be accessed from within the ETH Zurich network as well as via VPN. Sign in with your ETH Zurich username to
- define your own filters
- save and subscribe to your searches as favourites
- export results
