Horizon 2020: Open Research Data ab 2017

As of 2017, all new calls in the research program Horizon 2020 will require research data to be made available in open access.

Grantees will be required to ensure open access to the data underlying their scientific publications. Furthermore, they need to provide open access to any research data of their choice. Opting out of open data will remain possible.

To support data management and Open Data, projects will have to provide and to keep up to date a Data Management Plan (DMP). How a check list can help you doing this, we show in our blog post on Innovation@ETH-Bibliothek.
