The latest honours and prizes

Professor Kay Axhausen received the IATBR Lifetime Achievement Award for his fundamental and sustained contributions to travel behaviour research and his influence on transportists through writing, teaching, service and nurturing of younger professionals.

Felix Zwick received the award for scientific input for the development of a pan-?European transport system of the European Union.

Kay Axhausen, Professor of Transport Planning at the Department of Civil, Environmental and Geomatic Engineering, received an honorary doctorate from the Technical University of Denmark (DTU). He was honored during the university¡¯s annual Commemoration Day.
