Advanced plant protein texturization for ‘beyond meat products’ from sustainable protein sources

Our current level of meat consumption is highly unsustainable. Novel and scalable ways to sustainably and animal-friendly meet the protein need of the world in 2050 are urgently needed. To address this, we aim to craft tasty and nutritious meats made from plants.

Using cutting-edge high moisture extrusion - a food preparation method similar to pressure-cooking - we will produce the next-generation of plant protein based meat analogues. Our unique approach allows us to combine the healthiness and sustainability of plants with the taste and texture of meat.
